A beautiful vintage tea cloth is the center of this richly quilted Christening Quilt. The cloth is layered on fine handkerchief white cotton that also is the backing and edge fabric. There are lovely embroidered flowers in the four corners of the tea cloth. The quilting is an elaborate all over floral pattern. The cotton batting in this quilt is unbleached and shows some of the fibers in the batting through the back.
